1.Who we are

2.What we collect

Only what a stay, a table or an event needs:

• Your name, phone number, email and address
• Your photo ID at check-in
• Payment details when you pay
• Your IP address and device type when you use this website

3.Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, confirm and run your booking, check you in, and take payment. We don't use your details for anything you haven't asked for. TBC

4.Who else sees it

Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores what you send through its forms, and Resend, which delivers the emails. Payment gateways, booking engines and the IT partners who run our systems, and only what each needs. TBC

5.On this website

The forms (a stay, a table, an event, a note, a job application) send what you type to the front desk by email and keep a copy in the hotel's database on Cloudflare. A CV you attach is stored privately and opened only by the hotel. If you give an email address, you get a copy of what you sent.

A Cloudflare Turnstile check runs when you start a form, to stop spam. To limit repeated sending we keep a one-way scrambled form of your IP address, never the address itself, with your browser type.

WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, where Meta's own terms apply. The map on the contact page loads from Google only when you press Show the map.

This website runs no analytics and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The checklist on the contact page remembers your ticks in your own browser only.
