1.Reservations

Reservations depend on availability. Your confirmation states the room, the dates, the rate and its cancellation terms.

2.Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from TBC and check-out is by TBC. Each guest shows a government photo ID at check-in.

Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may carry a charge.

3.Rates and payment

Rates can change until you book and are shown without taxes unless stated. Some rates need an advance or full payment at booking. TBC

4.Cancellation and no-shows

Cancellation terms vary by rate plan. A booking that doesn't arrive may be charged in full. TBC

5.Children, extra beds, pets and smoking

6.Your belongings and the room

Rooms have an in-room safe. The hotel is not responsible for belongings left unsecured, and guests are responsible for damage to the room or the hotel's property.

7.Events and tables

Weddings, banquets and meetings run on their own contract with the events team. TBC
